After more than ten years since 2002, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh provice in general, and HEPA in particular have suffered from natural disaster, that was the flash-flood in Oct 2013. The entire fence system along the Rao An River, the perennial crops system, fruit trees, and vegetable garden at the bottom part of Khe Soong farm had been destroyed completely.
