On November 20th 2013, Social Policy Ecology Research Institute (SPERI) promulgated the decision on regulation for students granted with full scholarship. Nine clauses in this regulation are interests and obligations of students granted a full scholarship at Farmer Field Schools as well as SPERI’s office, field offices who are responsible for the implementation of this decision.

This survey has conducted by FFS - HEPA at the workshop “Mekong Youths Alliance for Organic Agriculture – Towards Organic Asia”. The survey results suggest that the interest of Mekong Youths in eco–farming has increased. Not only the times they have participated and practiced in the eco–farming activities, but also the courses underlining eco–farming principles have indicated high interest from the youths.
